My previous comment about Period.  I forgot that MM is Not in IT, no backup procedure and Not in Business, provide best in class customer experience , or they will Not be in the business.  Hang all the horny guys out to dry.  But if Kuo Kuo finds a better MM, you will miss me right.  So think of getting a backup who is comparable to you and vice versa, keep your loyal clients satisfied please.  Good for you and good for me (no need to run around when the need arises).  Execute plan B.
