having wolves walk out is just the cost of doing business. seasoned agencies wont mind it too much as long as it doesnt happen all the time. it is not any different than consulting with multiple real estate agents or lawyers before you find one to hire.
if keepers want to minimize the instances of bros walking away they would be more transparent in their advertising, with less PS and more recent pictures. some places try this and realize its just more profitable to lure wolves with more fake pics into the building because once they are in, the JJ will take over the mind even if the girl is not what he expect
