Although it is unavoidable but it helps to certain degree. Today we see USA pertaining this kind of stage. And the top 2 percent own and grow a majority of the wealth Buffett & Gates own the largest charilty funds. It distributes to Countries all over the world. Lee Kai-Shing also. A lot of them don't but at least I can named three. By looking deep they deserve those (wealth). They working hard and achieved someone don't. (You can also ... no law prevent you not doing so) Indeed I am not much worry of this kind of wealth 2%. It ends by itself in 3 generation.... 富不過三代 德育及國民教育 It is so important to be taught in early age. As years go by children would go to academic subjects such as Engineering, Accounting, Doctors, Lawyers, etc To the argument of  "democracy" as to an educated person that he must have Sharing, kind, love his country....... etc. [Love his countries = love people same as to his own family members]

They are talented and they must hard-working. [失败奶成功之母] Real/true sucess (not by luck) came from tons of failure, many many good planning/fine-tuning what the government does affect the people love country or not ~~~~ TRUE. It implies WHOM being elected would be as important as "whom" given the right to choose (IMO).

沙发 发表于 2014-3-6 03:47:31 | 只看该作者 It is hard to say democracy and dictatorship, which one is good, it depends, just you said above. like investment, you put all eggs in one basket, it is dictatorship, otherwize it is democracy. dictatorship takes big risk, big win or lose in certain period, democracy reduces risk. 2% people are with talent in some field, not because of working hard. The government is representative of country, what the government does affect the people love country or not. I think educated people should be taught all the field, not just academic subjects.....
