The cops were actually there for another spa which happens to be their main rival which is now shut down.

But at that time, the main rival was in cahoots with the owner of another website who has a grudge against VIP for refusing to advertise with them.

Together they spread rumours about how VIP was about to get busted.

Actual it wasn't even the first time they spread such evil rumours to try to scare away VIP's customers. They did it a couple of times over the course of 2-3 years.

Each time they made it sound like the end of the world was coming and everyone who ever visited VIP would be arrested and locked away for life. Funny thing is each time they made a point to emphasize that the other spa of the main rival is totally safe.

Well, time reveals the truth. Now we know who the cops were really after. 時間證明一切.
