30 min is:
- starts the moment you enter the room
- includes time you spend in the shower
- includes time on the massage
- includes time on the hj (if included)

So really, you're looking at 3-4 min shower, 15 min massage, 5-10 min hj and 5 min to get dressed and leave. All 30 min from the time you enter the room to the time you leave.
