agency usually takes 1/3 mm, 2/3, rpm is right, well general speaking, there are exceptions of course....

In massage setting, house takes the door fee $40 for hh, $80 for one hour

mm takes the extra/upgrade. from $20 to $80, u have to keep in mind, lots ppl tip, also there is special request. i once spent extra $100 in a massage, ppl will think i am stupid, but that mpa was just MCOT, i spent extra 100 on top of door fee and BS, just to have my JJ in her mouth, she was too pretty, i would tip more to receive that service, my story is just setting an example, because tips/ extra service, mms make more than we think.

There's too many unknowns to calculate. For example, do they need to payoff black society or corrupt cops? Do they need to grease the palms of the condo security guard? How much are these bribes? On the income side, you guys are looking at the customer traffic of the superstars, but what about the mediocre MMs, how much business can they bring in? I see so many new garages opening and closing regularly. Seems like the business is a lot more challenging than it look on the surface. Either that or you need to have some 後台 to open a garage otherwize you'll get forced to shut down.

most Kimchi wants 8-10 customers per day. if lower than that, they move to a different garage.

your calculation is for the 1-unit condo.
some see-all-before-you-pick shops have like 4 rooms, they make more money that way

but it's also big risk. some shops do get robbed, in addition to crazy customers.
