有人在spa用保险吗？

VIP spa这个店说她们有RMT的证，可是我在 rmtfind.com上并没有发现这个店在上面，难道她们是有一个RMT技师挂名？这里开的RMT收据真能报销吗？

可以报, VIP, Honey, Angel 同一个老板娘，她自己有针灸的证书， RMT from other guy.

好多spa都自稱能用保险. 但用了之後會不會有麻煩就很難說.

It is very easy for any spa keeper to print out a invoice or receipt for you and tell you that you can go claim insurance with it. I would not advise to trust the keeper's word on it. We all know how keepers will say absolutely anything to get your business.

如果我选body slide, 如果花120，她们是全部报销，还是只能报销40的door fee？如果报销door fee要50吗？

Here is my personal experience at VIP,Honey and Angel.
I spend about $1000 in insurance with them. (RMT + Acupuncture)

Room fee will be 20 more if you claim insurance.
Tips can be claimed with every 60 you need to add $20.
Do the math.
60 (30 min) + lets you do a 60 tips job. = 120, tips for the MM is 20 extra, and you wanna claim 60 for the insurance is anther 20 extra for the Owner, So a total 30 min would cost you 160. but you can claim 120 back.

80(45min) + lets say you do a 80 tips job = 160, claim 60 for the tips, 80+80 + 40(their tips policy) + 20, is 220. you claim 140 back.

and so on...
They offer claims only for RMT and Acupuncture.
